Not one single lead was delivered since.  Glen was told in advance (Friday 7/11 at 2:47pm) that we would file a complaint on Ripoff Report if he did not complete our order.  He chose not to.  Now he is crying about the truth being posted here.  (see attached IO)

Again, any re-order was based on a lie that Glen was going to fix the issues - which he did not.

BEWARE - If you buy leads from GRA Capital for any vertical and have a simple dispute or complaint, you run the risk of him calling your clients and telling them to cancel your service. (that's is what he has threatened us with via email.... yes via email/written proof)  Not sure that is good for business but you can make your own decision.

THis will be my last rebuttal since it is way to time consuming. I have been in business for over 7 years

and have dealt with this kind of companies that come and go. so i will tell you i am not in the business of ripping people off. they ortdered 250 leads and were trasferred 311. thses are the facts!!! I use kall8.com

that records every call and is an independent company that i pay for and supply to customers for free.

FACT#1 FROM THEIR EXCEL SHEET THEY CLOSED 9 NEW ACCOUNTS OUT OF FIRST 53 BILLABLE CALLS AND STILL SUBMITTED FOR CREDIT OF 23 UNQUALIFIED PROSPECTS. 

FACT #2 THEY KNEW CALLS WER COMING FROM CALL CENTER USING MY DATABASE OF TV/RADIO AND INTERNET PROSPECTS

FACT #3 THERE WAS A REFUND CLAUSE ON FIRST INSERTION ORDER, PAGE 2 , THAT BRETT DIDNT ATTACH

BUT I WILL

FACT #4 THEY NOT ONLY DIDNT WANT REFUND BUT REORDERED!!!

FACT #5 BRETT WAS SUCH A WHINER COMPLAINER ON A DAILY BASIS THAT I STOPPED DEALING WITH HIM

AND DEALT WITH SAM

FACT #5 SAM WANTED TO REORDER A THIRD TIME BUT I RAISED MY PRICING SINCE I WAS ONLY MAKING

$1.50 PER LEAD

FACT#6  BRETT SAID EITHER FILL 40 ON MONDAY AND 35 ON TUESDAY OR I WILL BE COMING AFTER YOU WITH ATTORNEY, RIPOFF REPORT, ETC

Any re-order was based on lies told to us by Glen.  Not one TV or Radio spot ever ran.  Our company and companies like our that follow the letter of the law and do not collect upfront fees are doing right by people.  Glen would know nothing about that or about how the industry that his company services works.  Sad.....   If he did a little research before rebutting this post he would have never responded with that nonsense.  We will let Small Claims court sort it out.
