Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Placed order for product, no product sent. I emailed them asking where my stuff was, and they said there was a mistake with the shipping and I would be given a credit for shipping if I would place another order and send more money. I refused to send more money and communication stopped. No product received. This is a sophisticated network of websites designed to look like a legitimate business, with fake blogs of good reviews. Any money sent to grasscity.com is gone forever, no products will be sent. Site may offer credits or other deals in an attempt to have more money transferred, but there is no merchandise available. It is a scam and ripoff directed at Americans.

Simply not true - false claims

I do not know what sort of issue this person had with his order, or where s/he sought help. However, the claims about grasscity.com being some kind of scam are simply not true based on my experience.
When I had difficulty placing my order on the site, I found customer service to be friendly, fast, and helpful in solving the problem. There were no form emails, and customer service is totally fluent in english.
My order was shipped promptly, and arrived in California a week and a half later - impressively fast! All items were in brand-new condition and packed extremely well. The glass piece I ordered arrived in pristine condition (better than expected, as I had heard many tales of breakage in shipping).
A second order I placed the same week from another online shop (superpiece) has not even shipped yet.
Grasscity.com also has a huge forum, which even allows people to post poor reviews of the company or their purchasing experience. Any idea that this site is some kind of scam is ridiculous, as you can visit this forum and find thousands of comments (both good and bad) about grasscity.com's retail site.
They also recently began their own in-house glass line, Glass city, which can now be found second-hand on the internet - fairly indisputable proof that they do in fact ship their products.
Overall, I am a very satisfied customer, and recommend purchasing from grasscitycom.
