I have NO idea how we got signed up in the first place. Once I noticed that we were being billed for the past couple of months from this place, I explained to them my situation and told them I wanted to cancel. The customer service person did everything to tell me basically that I was out of luck and already pre-paid until October 16th. In order to "help me out" she said she would send me $100 worth of coupons that I could use for anything I wanted. This way I could recoup the money they charged me. The coupons eventually came in something that looked like junk mail. Their name was not printed anywhere on the outside of the envelope. Luckily, I opened it instead of tossing it. As she promised, I did get $100 worth or coupons. However, the first one is not valid until AFTER October 16th and the rest must be used quarterly after that. Also, in order to use the coupons, my membership needs to be ACTIVE! I have no idea how these people sleep at night. Sleezy business practices.
