NOT TRUE KIM DOWNING IS MAKING UP STORIES & LIES WITH ELENA FROM TRAMIN KENNEL THAT ARE IN FACT NOT TRUE. I am a friend of this family and this is not true. Kim is a 3rd party that is trying to be involved with everybody's sales on goldens but her own. Elena sold 2 dogs to them, both having very bad cases of ICT as well as Elbow dysplasia too. Elena the breeder offered nothing at all. When emails were sent to her from the family Elena would say yes she would sell a dog at a price she agreed to then she would get all irate in the emails as she did not want to sell the dog for that price then was treating them ugly. Elena should have jsut said NO! in the fisrt place and she did not. Then Elena got all mad at them and will not answer any of their emails. Then Kim Downing sells a dog with Super Severe Hip Dysplsia with telling them that she can not keep her in her back yard because she climbs all over ever fence they put up along with having giarrdea and whip worms. That is not true by the way she never did that in NC and stayed in a 5 foot fenced yard at all times. Kim resfused to give the dog Paisley's passport to her new owners when selling her. Kim did NOT offer pre-lims on the dog before selling her at 5 mos of age. The dog suffered HD and nobody wants to be responsible for it when she was on all kind of added vitamins and supplements since 5 mos old that did not work and should have. The breeder needs to stand by her word of replacing the dog that she bred and charged $3000.00 for. The family sold the dog to another family that started breeding that is not involved with any third party and Elena will not answer their emails which is very unprofessional. Now the dog has sadly passed away.

My name is Kimberly Downing. I am the owner at Green Country Goldens. We breed and show English Golden Retrievers. Our dogs and puppies receive top of the line vet care and are given lots of love and attention daily. This complaint listed is completely ridiculous. Green Country Goldens imported Paisley from the Tramin Kennel. We sold her to this individual when Paisley was around 9 months old. She was VERY healthy and UTD on ALL vet care! The reason we placed her was because she was climbing our fences and running into the street on a daily basis. This was an unsafe situation so we decided it best to re-home her at that time. When this individual contacted me interested in purchasing Paisley I informed her that because Paisley is not from my breeding program that I would not be selling her with a health guarantee on hips, elbows, eyes or heart. I then offered to take her for scans to have elbows and hips checked before the sell and this individual declined my offer. She said it would be a waste of money at Paisley's young age and that she knows how to "make" hips pass the OFA testing. I thought that was odd, but if she didn't want the scans then that was her choice. This individual knew upfront that Paisley was being sold with NO  guarantee from GCG and I have kept all of the emails with her agreeing to this and saying she was completely fine with it and did NOT want scans done. The owner of Tramin kennel where Paisley is from has sold this family 2 other dogs and has gone through this each time with this individual. I keep saying "individual" because each email they send is signed by different names. Almost like an entire family of scammers. This family has harrassed Lena for two years. Always finding something wrong with every dog and always wanting money. This family has now started harrassing me and my family. My breeding program is TOP of the line and all of my puppies sold out of my program leave with a health guarantee because I know the dam and sire and I'm confident in their health tests. Lena with Tramin Kennels can no longer work with this family. It has been very difficult for her going through this harrassment from this terrible scamming family. I am very thankful that I have kept everything in writing and that I have NOTHING to hide.  Lena with Tramin kennels is a wonderful person that loves her dogs and always strives to do what is right. It is very unfortunate that this is happening. Lena has been nothing but kind to these people until the threatening emails starting pouring in. They did not even keep Paisley after all of her emails stating how they would give her a safe and loving home. They are scamming breeders to continue to get more and more dogs and money so they can resale the poor dogs. The main name listed under Paisley and on the threating emails is JUSTIN P.
