Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a GREENDOT MONEYPAK card.I tried to put in my paypal account.I have a zero balance.I tried customer service.They are worthless.They dont know where my money is.What about the hundreds of people like me.This company is ripping off people.WHY? I have filed a complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION my STATE REP.and ATTORNEY GENERAL.DO NOT DEAL WITH GREENDOT PERIOD.Also save your receipt and card info,For a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.I will rest when GREENDOTS CEO STEVEN W STREITS A** IS IN JAIL!!!!!!!

Hi JIM,Its a MONEYPAK card you put money on,Then transfer to your PAYPAL account.But the money does not go into your account.You cant get an honest answer from GREENDOT.Where your money went. LIARS

Getting any help is a JOKE.Read the hundreds and hundreds of complaints.I dont like it,When i purchase a MONEYPAK card for 145 dollars to put on PAYPAL.Then i find out,I have an account balance of ZERO.Customer service acts like its my fault.I can say what kind of business are they running.One that steals from people that worked hard for their MONEY.I have a question,WHERE IS EVERONES MONEY YOU STOLE ??

This is a card you "load" with money and then use like a credit card or ATM card, right? So then, when you check the WRITTEN RECORDS of your card usage, what does it say?
