I buy my bathroom cups at the dollar tree. Recently the package has been feeling a little less. Today I decided to count how many cups are in the package. I counted 23 and the packaging says 36 3 fluid oz cups.This has just started in the last 2 months. How can they sell bathroom cups which clearly state on the packaging 36 cups and then short them by 13?
