on july3rd and 23rd direct tv pulled money almost 600.00 total out of my Walmart money card without my permission, i didn't even find out until i got a shutoff notice and my company ins was canceled in aug. now i payed my phone and ins first on the 20th but now one let me now about direct tv. i talked to Greendot and they said it was my fault cause i payed direct tv with my card back on april first now because of them i am out almost 1200.00 and have no ins and phone will be disconnected. now i called direct tv and they said they held money out because of my exwifes equipment so i sent it back and now there still holding money because of a bill that is not mine. so i called Greendot and they said i have to go through all of this again. why does direct tv still have my card on file and can pull money out of my card after i payed someone else causing me to be canceled when they don't have permission. i could go on about the problems that has been caused by Greendot money card and direct tv but i don't have the time they need to be sued and put a stop to this fraud. i don't have a contract with either party.

I would like everyone to know that today I was contacted personally by phone from Greendot money card and spoke to a man by the name of Soro. This man handled my complaint in a very polite and proffesional manner! My money was returnd immediately on my money card with Wal-Mart and GE Capitol, NOT Direct TV. THANK YOU SORO AND GREENDOT MONEY CARD!!!!

i was at sams the other day and guess who was promoting direct tv, Walmart and they wanted me to buy a Greendot money card and pay direct tv and have them pull it out every month go figure.
