Over a month ago my wife went on a bidding site Bid on Clevleland provided by iHeart Radio. While trying to help me purchase mulch for this season and a fathers day gift she went on website and won the bid for $950 for a $2000 service.  She then proceeded to pay the site $950. After purchase we received a voucher showing payment. Once recievig I proceeded to contact one week later for service. Once contacting the owner Rob at Greenscape i was told he was to busy to complete service so we both agreed to setting appointment for 2 weeks out. Two weeks later had passed so I contacted Rob. He stated he had a big job to complete and would see if he could make it that Thursday. On Wednesday of that week after not hearing time I reached out to him. Rob then stated he could not make it and he had up to 2 years to install my mulch. This was news to me. Not sure how to respond so I ask for my money back. My response from Rob was he would see what he could do.  WIth no response back reached out to orginal site number listed then found our Neofill is a service company  and not even the number for who my wife paid money to. After waiting several days for response back of refund with no answer I reached back out to Rob from Greenscape. He then text me back that he would refund money but did not control refund. So i reached back out to Neofill who then stated that they cannot refund as well only iheart radio. After getting off call then tried to call Independence, ohio iheartradio. After several times of busy phone attempts i left my office to go over to iheartradio to get understanding of how to get refund. The front desk employee of iheartradio once greeting me asked me what she could help with. i let her know i was there for refund on their online bidding site. She then contacted Patrick Bittel. He would not come out of his office and had the front desk employee talkiing to me while he talked to her on phone and told her to tell me he was looking into it. She then gave me his email after asking her for it so i could stay in contact. Now everytime i email or call i am told he is looking into it. This whole process has wasted over a month of my time and money. Neither i am a fan of. I feel this has become a run around and will not use this site if service not provided.  still dont have refund. i would expect more of companies who are paid in advance
