Greenspan International Adjustors International, Matthew Goldstein and Michael Carr, pounced on my client within hours of a devastating house fire, and coerced her into signing a contract with their company, under durress. The salesman, Michael, stated that he/they (Greenspan) would maximize the insurance proceeds on three (3) counts, first, contents of the home would be paid in full within 60-90 days, showing her a massive bound book which Greenspan would produce on her behalf with photos and documentation allowing her to maximize her contents to the fullest, without having to provide documentation or receipts. second, that the rebuild of the home would not cost her a dime and Greenspan would maximize the insurance company coverage to the fullest. Lastly, he claimed he would maximize the Additional Living Expense (ALE) portion of the policy, which was never utilized. [continued below]....
