Greg McCracken McCracken & Associates Attorneys Gross Negligence Causes More Damages then original suit Oklahoma city Oklahoma

Greg McCracken was grossly negligent in performing the duties he was paid to perform.  Due to his gross negligence by not following through with filing paperwork he was obligated to do I have suffered extreme financial and emotional damages.  

The worst part is as a consumer I followed up with him in writing asking him the status of these things.  I have detailed written documents where I continually followed through on my part, yet he did not do his part at all.

I have asked Mr. McCracken in writing numerous times to provide me with the name of his Professional Liability Insurance provider but he refuses to respond.

Additionally, the last time I met with Attorney Greg McCracken in person he was yelling and screaming at me.  I began crying and I mentioned that I had a group of friends who formed a prayer chain and were praying for me and this situation at which point he YELLED at me 'well obviously that's not working maybe you should convert to muslim'.  I was shocked!  That comment was not called for at all and was extremely unprofessional.  Clearly he cannot control his temper and is not at all empathetic to Christians who pray.

His mistakes have cost me greatly!
