i bought a 14000 lb lift a year and a half ago. parts were missing, but they sent them.less than a year later the hydralic cyl stared to leak at both ends they warrantied the part ,but i had to pay 170.00 shipping on 03/27-2012 onr of the lift cables came apart were it is compressed into the adjustment bolt,bad design.thanks god the lift was only 10 in of the floor. i ordered all new cables with next day air at 300.00 for a total of over 900.00,2days later and the parts arent here,i was told the manufacturer shipped by ground by mistake.I am not happy with the quality of this lift, i should have stayed with rorary

Lancto Brothers apologized for leaving the review and agreed they should not have done so. GSES spoke with the customer Lancto Brothers and Lancto Brothers agreed that GSES did everything they could do to help him. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent his parts UPS ground instead of UPS overnight - this was an honest mistake.

After talking to the people at greg smith who were very understanding i,m sorry i got so upset, and the problem lies with the actual manufactorer of the lift and parts shipper and not with greg smith equipment who have worked to resolve the problem. again i'm sorry.
