Renting this 5 bedroom villa and got here and many problems: 1. Leak in roof and one bathroom flooded. Their response: don't use that bathroom and we will fix after you leave. 2. Master bedroom not cool. AC unit not strong enough to cool room. Response: too bad 3. Master bathroom... No AC. Temp measured 90 degrees F. Response: go buy a fan 4. When shown villa told pool was fresh water with chlorine. We get here and it's salt water! Response: too bad 5. Staff shows up at 9. No breakfast until 10am. Response: understand there was rain!!! Totally bate and switch to very cheap food in kitchen. Had to go to market for higher quality! This realty group and owner could care less totally non responsive. When paying premium fees... Should have service plus responsiveness!
