This is literally the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. The disrespect and unprofessionalism is appalling. They came and picked up some furniture and said that I can pay check, cash, money order, or credit card. I gave them a personal check paid in full. They called me and said I needed to pay cash or card because the insurance will not cover a check. This did not really add up but I felt like I was dealing with terrorist in a hostage situation. My furniture was the hostage. They demanded I put a card on file or pay cash on delivery. In addition to the inconsitencies in payment, Max, Alex, and the delivery driver made statements such as; "You are a ******", "Don't be a *******", and "We need cash on delivery or you are not getting your ****." The fact that they are in business is astonishing. I implore you to look into other options.
