An email to Grohe using Grohe form and email received no response. A phone call to Gohe solicited polite response and promise of repair parts. Repair parts not received as of two weeks.
Grohe uses cheap plastic parts in critical places. No other vendor has these parts. That leaves the consumer with non functioning item.
Item is question is Grohe hand shower Relexa 028917000. Shower can be made to work using duct tape. My advice to any Grohe buyer is to have plenty of duct tape available.
