They announced changes in plan (less storage and bandwidth) on very short notice (7 days) without giving their members the chance to comply with it.
Next they blocked sites without any announcement, and now try to force these members to pay by creditcard.
Even after paying many members did not get their site or content back.
Questions are not being answered.
Criticism on their support forum is systematically removed.
Just a terrible service.
