There are complaints all over the internet about this organization. Many victims feel that they should be in jail. The fact is the owners, James Dale Sprecher and Phillip Louis Sprecher are repeat convicts. James Sprecher was convicted of embezzlement, money laundering, and falsifying government records. Phillip has been arrested countless times for heroin and marijuana. He's been labeled a habitual offender.
These people are not afraid of jail They've been there many times. Check the sheriff's site at http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/PublicInquiry/Arrest/Inquiry/Search. Uncheck the 'current inmates only' box, and search for Sprecher.
