On Feb. 4, 2014 I ordered Revita Derm totaling $9.98 including shipping and handling which I paid with a credit card. I received an email on Feb. 6, 2014 confirming shipment. In june 2014 I received a debt collect letter from GSCM Collection Department in the amount of $69.95.
I called Revita Derm company at 1-818-303-9260 and they confirmed that I owed them nothing and no extra merchandise was ship to me.
They then advised me that they would not be able to call GSCM for me and that I would have to call them myself.
Once I called the company I found out that the number was automated for payments only and to go online is for payments as well.
On the notice I received they explained that after July 7, 2014 a collection fee of $89.95 will be added.
I have excellent credit and do nto want it to be tarnished by this discrepancy.
