GSI Court Services - Rob Jarrell, Bob Jarrell, & Chuck Thorpe Robert Jarrell, (941) 479-2603 Nice guys at first, but then left us hanging for thousands of dollars Indian Rocks Florida

At first we were ontacted by Chuck Thorpe and Bob Jarrell to serve their papers in Houston, Tx.  Found out later Rob Jarrell, Bob's son was actual owner.  They have contracted servers in many states to serve papers for Federated Capital Corporation trying to recoup monies on consumer credit card accounts.  They paid at first, but got slower and slower.  Then they said Federated was the holdup.  They continued to claim they were trying to get us payment, but then correspondence ceased altogether.  Many of my fellow servers in Texas experienced the same result.  GSI Court Services was their process service company, but they are also suppose to have a private investigative company in Florida as well.  So far we have invoices in the thousands.  And I know other servers are in similar situations.  They supposedly also do business in Tennesee since they have residences there as well.  Its been months, their phones don't work, and no answers to their emails.
