Same m.o. as described by other complaintants on this site. A definite misrepresentation without a doubt. In addition, I intend to contact Mastercard and Bank of America -both mentioned in application process for this cash card - as they are affiliated either willingly or unknowingly. I strongly suspect there is a class action suit waiting to be born.

Certainly I've encountered unfair practices and misjustices in the past but none that I felt were worthy of follow-up. This matter, however, is quite different and I will pursue this to the end.
