In (or around) January of 2013, I prepaid $149.95 on a "buy it quick- secure your price" offer for a GPS tracking watch for my young daughters.  As a single mother, this was a huge investment for me and one that I did in good faith.  The company promised the watch in Spring of 2013 -- in March of 2013, I contacted the company to see where things were and when to expect my watch.

On March 5, 2013, I received an email from Jason Sullivan, CEO that said,

"Hi Tina!

We are still aimed at getting the LEO prepared for launch in the late spring.

Thanks for your support in bringing this new technology to market!

We will keep you up to speed on updates.

There is a big announcement coming up regarding a major cell phone carrier partnership!

Stay tuned!

Cheers! Jason"

Fast forward to March of 2014, one year later and I still haven't received my money refunded or my watch. I have contacted Jason Sullivan on his cell phone and they are STILL taking money from people to launch this product. I have just emailed Bill O'Reilly to bring media attention to this issue.  Jason Sullivan is preying on people and I for one am not in a position to pay $149 and be taken advantage of.

I got ripped off as well! $149

AUTHOR: MarieD - ()

POSTED: Thursday, May 01, 2014

Sadly, I was ripped off as well. On his facebook page Jason claims to be refunding people that request it but does not answer phone calls or emails. This guy is a fraud and I will be letting everyone I know of this scam! I prepurchased this over two years ago and still no product! I was really hoping for this to keep my son safe and now I feel like a fool for putting money into this scammers pockets!

I also got taken for $450.00

My story with this situstion is quite the same. I came accross this in regards to an article so I went to the compines website. Looking at the website it looks like this is a legit produt so i paid for there of these totalling $450.00 U.S.

That was back in late 2011, November to be exact. I waited and wait and stil no product, no updats and no communication from this Jason guy. I came accrss the companies facebook page and posted a comment about wanting the product or my money back and they deleted it. Sop I posted again and still they deleted it again. I contacted the offce via there website and no response.

Finaaly one of the customers went on the attack and posted some stuff about this guy Jason and how this has been going on for years. Once again I contacted the company in hopes of a refund. They told me to contact Paypal. I contacted paypal and paypal stated since it was pass 30 days there was nothing they could do. They also informed me that there eas no money in that paypal account and that the account had already been reported for fraud and was currently under investigation.

So paypal informed me to contact the california attorney generals office and file a report. I contacted the attorney general and there are close to 20 people that have filed reports on this guy and this Leo Wristwatch thing. I was purchasing these for my grandchildren to bbe able to protect them. Here we are in 2014 which is two years and five months later and I have never recieved a refund or the product.

Last month I was down in Marina Del Rey so I decided to go looking for the office in the hopes of getting some answers. The address was actually a UPS Store in a strip mall. The suite number is actually a mailbox in the UPS Store and the attendemnt said he was no longer athorized to use their address cause the bill hadn't been paid in years. I don't know about you but something is really shady here.

I reserched more on line and found out that this guy has been doinf this since 2001. Contact the Attorney Generals Office and file a complaint. The more the better and we can get the justice we all deserve. It's my belief that this is nothing more then a scam this guy uses to generate income. His name is Jason Lionell Sullivan. Type that in google and see what you find. He's supposed to be in Los Angeles someware but no one can find him. A lesson lerned on my part. Never trust a new product that isn't on the martket yet. Jason Lionell Sullivan, you should be ashamed of yourself.
