In (or around) January of 2013, I prepaid $149.95 on a "buy it quick- secure your price" offer for a GPS tracking watch for my young daughters. As a single mother, this was a huge investment for me and one that I did in good faith. The company promised the watch in Spring of 2013 -- in March of 2013, I contacted the company to see where things were and when to expect my watch.
On March 5, 2013, I received an email from Jason Sullivan, CEO that said,
"Hi Tina!We are still aimed at getting the LEO prepared for launch in the late spring. Thanks for your support in bringing this new technology to market! We will keep you up to speed on updates. There is a big announcement coming up regarding a major cell phone carrier partnership!Stay tuned!Cheers! Jason"
Fast forward to March of 2014, one year later and I still haven't received my money refunded or my watch. [continued below]....
