gunbroker.com will rip off your credit card Internet

I tried to register for this website.  In the process, they inform you that they will charge $1 to your credit card to verify your identity, and that the $1 will be credited to your account.  Only after you cautiously enter your credit card info, they inform you that they couldn't verify some address or something, and your account is terminated.  They in fact, charged $1 twice, so they know the account is valid, but they refuse to open an account.  Furthermore, only after you enter your credit card info, they inform you that the $1 they hold on account will be credited to your SELLER account, NOT towards purchases.  Of course most users don't sell on that website.  This is a small amount but a huge security problem, that they charge more than what they say, don't provide the service that they promise, have no customer service, and according to other ripoff reports, they do this to countless victims.
