I have not received the 5.56 Nato XM193 product that I purchased. What I purchased was 1000 rounds of new 5.56 Nato XM193 ammo. Never have I received that. Prior to purchasing the Ammunition online @ GunHeaven.com I called Matt Kitterman at Gun Heaven on 03/04/13 to confirm two things that I listed below: 

#1 - I wanted to make sure I would receive New Ammo. (not re-loaded ammunition, not re-manufactured ammunition, not 1-Time used brass, etc). Matt Kitterman confirmed that it wasn't reloaded, not re-manufactured etc. That it was new factory ammunition that I would be purchasing.

#2 - I called to confirm the order would be for 5.56 Nato XM193. (not some other type of Ammo, not .223 ammo, not some other type of 5.56, and not some other Grade of A, B, or C Ammunition). I was still on the phone with Matt and he confirmed that it was high quality factory 5.56 Nato XM193 Ammunition/Brass that hadn't been used.

After confirming the above to two items, I went online as directed and paid and ordered the 1000 rounds of 5.56 Nato XM193 ammunition on the evening of 03/04/2013. 

About a month later, I received a call that my ammunition had arrived and you gave me the address of your "store". I was very skeptical when I showed up on 04/03/13 to the so-called Store, which in reality was Not a store, but a messy Garage at your house. When I opened up the box of ammunition at my home, it was Not what I had purchased. It was all Re-Loaded (also known as already used, re-manufactured, already used brass) ammunition. Then more to my surprise, it was NOT 5.56 Nato XM193. All of it was low grade .223 ammunition. The quality grade of the .223 bullets was at the lowest levels of re-loaded ammunition (grade B and C).

Therefore, I have Never received the 5.56 Nato XM193 product that I Purchased, never picked up the new 5.56 Nato XM193 that I ordered, and am still waiting on the 5.56 Nato XM193 Ammunition that was originally purchased. I requested my new and unused 5.56 Nato XM193 ammo via Fedex that you haven't delivered to me. I'm anxiously awaiting it and it's been over 10 months and still haven't received the 5.56 Nato XM193.

PRODUCT: I tried using the CRAPPY bait and switch Ammo that GunHeaven gave me and it is 100% CRAP... It misfires and I was only able to shoot one out of every 3 or 4 shots.  NEVER USE GUNHEAVEN.com

I have Nothing to be Dishonest about and your Reply is based off bogus Inaccurate Assumptions because you're being Rightfully exploited. Again, another GunHeaven poor tactic in trying to deceive its client base. Here are your Inaccuracies again...

#1 - Bank Fraud? Someone with more education than a sheep would know if a person had bank fraud they would be put in Jail. If you think your client base will believe this lie, then you're seeking out the dumbest clientele on the planet, and purposely being dishonest to deceive them.  GUNHEAVEN.COM WRONG

#2- The Ammo received was Not what was ordered. If someone purchased a Gun, and you deliver to them a box of rotten Chickens, does that mean you gave them what they purchased? No. Again, someone with more education than a Sheep would know that a Gun and Rotten Chickens are two separate things. Same goes for your products. I purchased NEW, UN-USED  5.56 Nato XM193 ammunition. You provided me with Re-Manufactured, RE-used, Low B-C Grade 223 Ammo that misfires. Those are two completely different things. So I am 100% correct in stating I never received what I ordered. GUNHEAVEN WRONG AGAIN

#3- You indicate that I have "sold it to another one of our customers and did not have it to return". Wow! The pathological and delusional world of GunHeaven & Mr Kitterman making Inaccurate Assumption again. How in the world did you come up with this assumption? I have all your re-manufactured crappy 223 ammo in my closet, other than the 25-50 rounds that I tried shooting (and I have kept some of those that mis-fired for the record). As previosly stated, that garbage ammo misfired and only shoots one out of every 3-4 shots. Would you like me to take a picture and send it to you? GUNHEAVEN.COM WRONG AGAIN

#4- Mr Kitterman, aka GunHeaven.com, have lied on numerous occasions so why would I return Ammo in the Mail and expect a refund to magically show up in my mailbox? You've been Dishonest and Deceitful on too many occasions to trust that I'll magically get my money back if I just put the ammo in the mail. (That is also what I stated to the Merchant)

Matt, if you're the Honest company you state that you are, then I would like to give you your ammo back for a full refund of the $609.03 in Cash. I don't trust that you'll send me a check if I mailed you the ammo. So let's meet half way between your house and mine. You give me the cash and I'll give you your ammo. I am sick of typing up responses and hope you can be honest with what you say about refunding my money. When would you like to meet?

Let's tell the truth.

This posting is completely false and an attempt to slander our company by someone who attempted bank fraud and got caught. So he decides to try and hurt us by spreading lies. We strive to bring the best customers service possible to our customers. It's unfortunate that companies have to defend their hard earned good reputation form thieves and liar's.

This order was picked up in person by Mr. Millward. I personally handed it to him. He got exactly what he had ordered. A few days later he called back and said he was not happy with it because it looked defective. We told him to bring it back and we can exchange it. He didn't want to bring it back. He wanted to keep it. But wanted us to give hm a discount on it because he wasn't happy. We told him we couldn't do that. But we would be happy to exchange it. All he needed to do was bring it back. He still wanted to keep it and demanded money back.

We have made several attempts to get Mr. Millward to return his order so he can get either a refund or get it exchanged.

We even sent him FedEx packages with return labels. So all he had to do was put his order in the box and hand it to the FedEx driver. We can prove this with the following Video's of us sending him the boxes.

We went out of our way to try and make Mr. Millward happy as we do with any of our customers. As of the date of this posting he has refused to return his order. We have since come to find out that the reason he refused to return his order. Was that he had already sold it to another one of our customers and did not have it to return. So He knowingly has engaged in attempted fruad.

But it gets worse. A few weeks after he got his order. We get a notice from our bank that he has entered a "Charge back" request stating that he never received his order. (I personally handed him his order) and in several emails both between GunHeaven and Mr. Milward and Mr. Milward and his bank. He even states in his onw words that he did received his order. But he wsa not happy with it and demanded we send him a new order before he would return his original order.

Sound fishy yet...it did to us. 

We tried several time to contact Mr. Milward both by phone and email to try and resolve this. Keep in mind this is all by his design. Because all he had to do was return his order and get either a refund or an Exchange. Instead he attempted Bank fraud by stating he never got his order. This went all the way to Arbitration through our bank and his bank. Once they looked at the evidence they imediately ruled in our favor and Mr. Milward lost his Fraudulent claim.

Mr. Milward has gone out of his way to slander our company. He has tried to make us look bad with the Better Business bureau and several other consumer sites. in every instance once those sites have looked at all the evidence. They immediately dropped the negative reviews of us. sO as not be a party to fruad and ruin their reputaion.

It's unfortunate that a small few try to decieve the public and ruin a business's reputation out of spite from being caught trying to rip them off. 

We hope this sets the record straight. We at GunHeaven pride ourselves on great customer service. And look forward to proving that you.
