gunmagwarehouse REFUSED A RETURN WITHIN A 60 NO HASSLE RETURN PERIOD Doral Florida

On Juy 4, 2016, I placed an online order for six Hexmag rifle magazines. I received the order on July 14, 2016, a few days aftervthe holiday rush, and according to their web site, there is a 60 DAY RETURNS - NO HASSLE GUARANTEE. I found that all six rifle magaznes specifically ordered for a specific rifle with a lifetime warranty will not work properly due to a possible defect in the magazines and I called to see about a return and get an RMA return number. I was told that because I opened the item, you can not return it. How can you know if it is defective or not until you open it to see if it works or not. I had to file a comlaint with my credit card company to see if they can help, but have not heard back from them yet. I will update this as I here from my credit card comany.

On the gunmag warehouse web site, I suspect after I told them that I will file a complaint, they have blocked me from writing a review about this item so no one else will see the bad review. Very shady business practces if you ask me.
