Crystals Response Was that She did not "Want this Baby in me any more." She attempted to have an abortion in illegally in the third trimester.....I caught her at the clinic downtown where they perform this operation. I stopped her. Crystals mother ,Teresa Layne, Hit Crystal in the stomach in the last two months of her pregnancy. Tina Layne who is addicted to cocaine Called the police to come and get Teresa off of her pregnant sister. Crystal moved out. After the Baby was Born Crystal decided she could go back to being under the influence all the time once again. Crystal Anne Layne was caught breast feeding the Baby while not only intoxicated but while holding an alcoholic beverage in her open hand. Crystal Layne has proven that she is a danger to herself and to any child who may be unlucky enough to be in her vicinity.

It is true I do not see my daughter... But not by choice.  Crystal was escorted by the police from my property, She was drunk and violent as is her nature sadly.  After the police removed her from the complex she returned though this time she had her mother and sister in tow.  I was bringing Crystal down her things when Teresa informed me that she was going to go Take my daughter.  Alcohol was strong on her breath.  I pulled out my phone and let them know to leave, That I was calling the police.  Teresa Grabbed me by the face digging her nails into my face,,,I still have scars.  She attempted to steal my phone out of my hands so that I could not call the Police and at bare minimum she would have been arrested for Dui .  I switched my phone into my other hand ....Tina, Crystals Sister,Started to grab my chest with her nails from the other side attempting to take my phone away.  At this point outnumbered and rational enough to do so I let go of my phone.  I then said I am calling the police from my house.  Tina then threw my phone in the bushes.  I went over to the bush to get my phone as Tina and Teresa got in there car.  As I bent over to get my Phone Teresa in her White Jetta attempted to run me over while she was in reverse.  In the police recording she can be quoted as saying........"I am going to kill you....My Boyfriend is coming down here and you Taylor are going to die."  I then illustrated that I was on the phone with the police and that she was being recorded.  Teresa then tells me "Good have the police check my Record then they will know I can do it." 


When the officer got to my house I filled out a report.  The state has pressed formal charges.  The next day as I was getting home from work, Crystal arrived with a bogus injunction...You can check the records the court threw it out.  She Kidnapped My daughter that day under false pretense.  She has not allowed me to see our daughter since.  She has though taken money from me.  She calls me every Friday and Saturday night at two O'Clock in the morning drunk with sorrow.  Telling me she knows what she did was wrong.  She tells me I will see Mad's in the morning.....Then she fails to show everytime. 

The story goes much, Much deeper.  But I thought if we are airing dirty laundry we would be best to air the truth.  I Have hired an Attorney and a good one at that.  So that I can be a good part of My daughters life.  There is not a single person who has ever met me with my daughter that doubts my love and responsibility for Madison.

It saddens me deeply that Crystal is Useing but what can I do for her.  My job is to be a good Father and that does entail helping Crystal get the professional help she need's...Though I do not know what can be done for her.

I now recieve threatening calls from Crystal and her family saying that if I do not Drop the charges on Teresa and Tina that I will never see Madison again.  The state of Florida I believe will do what is best for our daughter.  Please excuse my Candor but this subject is very emotional to me.  What Crystal Anne Layne is doing is absolutely wrong.

People should realize that my dad did receive a phone call from two officials from FDNY regarding emails received from one Taylor Ward. They spoke with dad and they confided in him with the contents of such email, which is being provided to those, upon request.

Just to clear the air: My father was an Auxiliary Fire Captain from 1969-1985 when became a paid employee of FDNY. In Sept. 1986, he became a Fire Inspector and continued in that role until April 1991 when he was promoted to Supervising Fire Inspector for the Bureau of Fire Prevention. Jeffrey Robert Hirschkorn. A convicted
felon who is again up on many, many
charges including Grand Theft in Seminole
and Orange Counties in Florida.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is currently under several
investigations related to vacation scams he
has operated in Florida.

Jeffery Hirschkorn is awaiting prosecution on
many, many seperate counts of identity
fraud, identity theft, credit card fraud, bad
checks, failure to pay court costs... the

Please note in the message above he is ranting
about an alleged email received from a Taylor Ward
and it's alleged contents regarding one Alan Hirschkorn.

Further, note that Jeffery Hirsckorn, posting under yet
another name (fdny110) claims he doesn't know this
Taylor Ward "...from a needle in a haystack." Yet he
seems to know quite a bit about this Ward character
as witnessed by his rantings in the following paragraphs.

Note that Jeffrey Hirschkorn, posting as fdny110 also
says that this Alan Hirschkorn "gave his life for the citizens
of NYC during 9/11." and then goes on to say "This man
gave his life to save firefighters from tragedy during the
1978 Waldbaums Fire in Brooklyn, NY as a member of our
Auxiliary Fire Division.

So, once again Jeffery Hirsckorn stumbles over his
continuing lies - claiming that Alan Hirschkorn gave his
life during some fire in 1978 at "Waldbaum's" and then
he died AGAIN during 9/11.  Typical of Jeffery Hirsckorn
maiking up lies on the fly and not even bothering to
read the lies he writes! Very, very typical. You see...
his father, Alan Hirschkorn, is ALIVE and living with
his failure of a son, Jeffrey Robert Hirschkorn.

And then! fdny110 (Jeffery Hirsckorn) says he TALKED
to Alan Hirschkorn - the guy who died in 1978 and died
AGAIN during 9/11  fdny110 has some mighty powerful
methods for communicating with the dead - oops,
twice dead!!!!


Jeffrey - by now you probably realize that I knew you
back in your Brooklyn days and you can't put much
over on me, you couldn't then and you can't now.

Your father, Alan Hirschkorn was simply a fire
deparment employee, NOT a firefighter, NOT bemedaled
NOR showered with citations - Just a simple employee.

And Jeffie, he isn't dead either!

Well, I did receive a rather strange email the other day from gentlemen who identified himself as Taylor Ward.

I did not know him from a needle in a haystack. He found my information as a friend to retired FDNY Fire Prevention Inspector Alan Hirschkorn through our connection on Face Book. I must say that his allegations of impropriety by Mr. Hirschkorn are unfounded and untrue. Prior to receiving an email from this person, I have already had conversations about your extortion, blackmail and other tactics used to prey on Mr. Hirschkorn and his family.

Your attack on his character including some issues not fit for repeat on this public circuit is nothing more than you veil attempt to hurt someone who has never done any wrong. I can say with certainty that this individual or another representative with prosecutorial authority will be coming to Florida to deal with you hands on.

It is my job to handle situations that deal with someone, especially an ex-con [crook, scam artist and fraud], who tries to put a blemish on someones solid record of employment with FDNY. Furthermore, we have already filed our criminal reports against you for theft of a laptop given to Mr. Hirschkorn upon his retirement.

He continues to be involved with FDNY in numerous capacities from Florida and lectures, on our behalf to numerous groups, shows and trade conferences.

Your further attempts to disparage his character will not go unnoticed and dealt with. This individual gave his life for the citizens of NYC during 9/11. This man gave his life to save firefighters from tragedy during the 1978 Waldbaums Fire in Brooklyn, NY as a member of our Auxiliary Fire Division.

Your attack against him for not honoring his oath of office is something that no one here believes. And, in fact, we have already spoken to Inspector Hirschkorn and now have a full range of understanding as to how you operate. You do operate yourself in an unprofessional manner and it will not be tolerated.

Concurrent with this posting, we are also notifying NYC Corporation Counsel and you will be hearing from James McSpirit. His office will deal with and your attempt to hurt one of our brothers. Make one point clear: stop harassing him, his family. Or, the consequences you face will include criminal charges in NYC for extortion and blackmail. Do I make myself clear?

Hey, in your response to stealing ones identity, why dont you look in the mirror? You did a great job of stealing the identity of many people who I still talk to on a daily basis. Does the name Heather Bretheon ring a bell? What about Mr. D. Clarke. Both are residents of the United Kingdom. Both have given statements that indicate that you had no authority to have such cards charged. See there is more to come.

 

In reference to your remark about not having authority to conduct business as AAVF of GNY, heres something for you to chew on. A copy of the NYS Original Articles of Incorporation for the not-for-profit organization is attached to this. I certainly would welcome the opportunity to showcase to you how a 501c3 entity operates?
