Instead of basing her investigation I was involved with solely on facts, Dane County Deputy Miss Gwen Ruppert wrote a biased police report with many inaccuracies regarding an incident I was involved in. It was clear that this deputy just simply didn't like me to begin with, and therefore did not conduct an impartial investigation.
It is downright sad that a police officer/sheriffs deputy can write anything they want about you in a police report, whether it is factual or not. Deputy Ruppert was a demeaning, condescending officer of the law to deal with in my experience. I'm just hoping others who have had the unfortunate experience of having contact with Gwen Ruppert may read this and share their experiences, particularly if they had a similar experience. I also figured since she can write whatever she wants about me which stays on permanent record, that I would return her the favor.
