I took my four year old child for a hair cut.I discussed with the stylist the cut I wanted and she proceeded to cut my child's hair.

At the end of the hair cut I was billed for both a hair cut and a hair style consult. The stylist claims she warned my she would charge this but this is simply not true. This brief conversation about a small child's hair cut should not be the basis for a "styling consultation." Classic case of charging for something that was not delivered. I am contesting the charge.

I raised this with the manager on site who sided with her stylist as expected.  I later looked on the website for this Hair Cuttery location and a styling consultation is not even listed as a service.
