I am looking for an attorney who would be willing to file a class action suit against Half.com. I have been suspended for over 120 days now and currently I send Half.com an email every single day asking for my funds.
They currently owe me over $37,000 on one account and another $15,000 on another. I should have been paid at the 90 day mark which was 12/15/09. Based on the other reports I have read, this is a very common practice. On the $38,000 funds due at the time of suspension, to date only $800 has been charged back to the account as returns.
Here is the list of my outstanding payments:
11/16/09-11/30/09 -- -- ($63.27) ($63.27) Pending
11/01/09-11/15/09 -- -- ($288.32) ($288.32) Pending
10/16/09-10/31/09 -- -- ($242.67) ($242.67) Pending
10/01/09-10/15/09 -- -- ($257.58) ($257.58) Pending
09/16/09-09/30/09 124 $6,807.53 ($723.91) $6,083.62 Pending
09/01/09-09/15/09 670 $33,146.35 ($1,295.63) $31,850.72 Pending
I am not complaining because of a $200 debt. This is big money for me and I need some type of resolution.
