Halloween is a fun and festive time to enjoy with your children and family. Halloween City has MOST definitely lost sight of what it means to family's..... Their Company policies border on ridiculousness and as a result I will never, nor will anyone that ever mentions a Costume for any reason, be directed to this laughable Company and their Business Model. On Oct 29/2014, I visited a Halloween City in Las Vegas located at , 3141 North Rainbow Blvd. I do understand the seasonality of this Business, however the lack of organization and inventory control was immediately noticeable. I quickly asked a Sales Associate for assistance, and he quickly helped me pick out a My Little Pony Rainbow Dash costume , for my 7 year old daughter, who was not present.

The Sales associate, picked the Costume, asked my Daughters size, and assured me that the Costume would be a suitable size. Believing him at his word, I paid cash for the Costume and accessories and continued about my work day. (Store 8289 Trn 25 Reg 1). Upon returning to my home and finally having my 7 year old try on her Costume, it is in fact, a size for 7-9 Junior, not 7-9 Child... Not , thinking that it would be ANY issue to nearly exchange for a adequate size suitable for a 7 year old, we contacted the Stephanie Branch by phone to check hours, as now we are under the gun to ensure that we have a correct costume for the AM.

My Wife and 13 Year old daughter drove to the Stephanie location to do a simple exchange in size and were greeted by a staff best described as inept. The Assistant Manager "Helen", was not only combative but toxic. After asking for and finally speaking with the Manager " Matt", nothing was resolved. His involvement only inflamed the situation. No Returns, No Exchanges. ZERO. NOTHING.No repairing a mistake committed by a Halloween City employee. Not a large monetary purchase, but I will Never Shop or recommend. There are lots of Costumes companies and Businesses, especially around Halloween that would and will enjoy my future Business, not one run like a glorified group of "carnies" and bottom feeders. No response is necessary.. My comments here and on the local BBB and Henderson Chamber of Commerce will suffice.
