Hamilton Beach Microwave rip off 261 yardkin rd.southern pine,north carolina 28387 

Bought a Hamilton Beach m/ wave. About 11 months or so. later, noticed that the inside of the M/wave was rusting out, and the wave guide cover had a burn mark in .the middle. The wave guide protects you from the radation that the over puts out. Called Hamilton Beach, they said since i coulton find my receipt that i was out of luck. I told them i sent that warranty card in to them They said they dont keep those cards.I said m/waves last 8/ 10 years and this one is rusting out and i cant user it. They said TOUGH LUCK" After talking to four of those ruide IDIOTS, I called corp office. Told lady what was going on.She said" I will refund your $79.95. I SAID FINE/ THANK YOU. Than about 2/3 weeks later, i get a call from some dip wad sayig NO, i will get only 50% of my money back, at TODAY'S price. Changed their story. They told me to write down numbers on the back of the oven and send it to them. Almost 3 months went by, than i get a call saying that they needed DIFFERENT anumbers on the back of oven sent to them.BY MAIL. Couldnt take the d**n numbers over the phone. That was OVER a month ago. STILL NO REPLY/ MONEY.Than they said it could take another 6- 8 weeks. That will be going into 5 months to get my money, IF they send it at all. Im sure they will come up with some excuse.PLEASE DONT BUY A HAMILTON BEACH M/ WAVE . IN MY OPINION, I think these  losers area bunch of crooks/ shysters. I seen other comments on their web site complaining about bad m/ wave ovens from them. If they have the gall to reply to this complaint, trust me, it will be all LIES.
