Hammer X driver / by X-Factor Sports Misleading advertising script and false results. Muskegon, Michigan

Absolutely correct that the infomercial claims are false.  I measured 15 drives with the Hammer X using Golf Logix GPS rangefinder, and my long drive was 155 yards, and the average about 140 yards.  I hit every fairway as is typical, but my driving distance was about 30 yards short of my Taylor Made RBZ stage two 13 degree driver.  I am 71, recovering from thorasic bisection surgerry, but have been playing now about 4 weeks.  I'm roughly 10 yards shorter than end of last season, but I am pretty consistent. 

I knew the claims of 50 additional yards were bogus, but hoped I might gain 10 to 20 from the technology.  Now I am doubting the claimed 60 day unconditional refund claimed in the infomercial.  All webcontacts with this company indicate that "special priced" products can't be returned.  Don't buy anything from this company.  The clubs are low quality, and don't perform, and the company seems likewise of poor quality.

First the putter.....(the weight, the feel, is phenomenal and LITERALLY I don’t miss any ...I mean ZERO short puts unless I simply misread it)

It's wonderful....everything you said about x and y axis you have successfully transferred into a killer product!  I love it!  Which is why I have now given two already as gifts (and you recall, I had a divorce, bankruptcy, lost job, cancer, constant hospitalization in 2012 and moved to a apt. literally preparing to die.   Enitre left side (mainly arm didnt work) ...Ulner Nerve shot ((means can hardly use my ring and baby finger on left side...  AND TODAY I AM NOT ONLY HEALTHY BUT WALKNG 18 HOLES EVERY WEEK!  The putter does EXATLY what you promised....best putter i ever had.....

Driver....Your driver took me a while longer to warm up to and now I love it....It's interesting how everybody wants to hit it.....and i get 3 types of response.....(hate it...looks cool but feels weird...the whoosh is weird, the shaft is funky)

 (Cool....but nor for me.....then later in round.....may i just hit it again?...so we have piqued their curiosity...they felt something ...[prob persimmon feel thing....and are intrigued but wont say they like it or want one)

(I LOVE IT...but I have to get used to something like that....and I respond you had to get used to taking a jet from NY to LA when you got a business trip if you want to resist technology ....next time take a horse cross country)   While makin  that joke one guy didnt laugh but said your right....my ex wife always told me I am hard headed and resistant to change ...even though i like this club i am not buying one...I said why?  He said, I cant tell you now, I have to leave now for LA otherwise I'll be late for my meeting next month in LA...we all laughed!

The X-Factor Sports customer service was great...I had no problems with my order and the shipping was prompt.  I just wanted to let folks know that I had a positive experience with the company.

 I purchased the Hammer X Driver with Aerospeed shaft off of Ebay and got a great deal.  Took it to the range and was suprised how easy it was to swing.  I just let the club do the work and the ball rockets off the clubface with a strong, mid-trajectory flight that has plenty of roll once it lands.  I'm very pleased with this club and am glad I bought it.  I've added 20 yards to my tee shots!
