Hanover insurance company decided not to cover my home because it was not mortgated and my insurance agent basically told me this too. now i am trying to get utica of ny insurance and they are giving me a problem with trying to get insurance. i signed the papers and 24 hours they were at my house wanting to survey the land. they stayed 10 mins i was not at home. im wondering is this normal
