I called this law firm and asked about filing a patent. The receptionist said they do file patents and booked an appointment. She said there would be a $120 dollar fee for the consultation and i agreed. When i arrived for my appointment this establishment looked very unprofessional and the receptionist was demanding i pay $120 CASH only after booking us into the boardroom. I found this embarrasing for $120 dollars .... she made it clear credit and debit was not accepted nor personal checks. I askd if i can pay with my company check and she was asking me to leave and to go certify it. Unbeliveable , embarrasing and distgusting. After moving forward and paying $12 cash the lawyer came in all nice and asks a few questions and i quickly realized she does not file patents ... she works with trademarks. A complete waste of time and money. It seemed nobody cared about anything as it was all about collected $120 cash. No refund no receipt no remorse - im my eyes no ittelligence - distgusting!
