I went to Harbor Freight looking for a garden hose. The salesman told me the "heavy duty" hose would not kink, but if it did, I had 90 days to return it for a refund. The very first time I used the hose, it kinked in 3 or 4 spots, quite badly. I took it back to the store with the receipt less than 30 days after purchase. The manager refused to refund my money, offering instead an identical worthless hose.
