Hardwareonlinestore.com Hardware on line store Told that goy on the phone was the "F---ing owner" Fort Lauderdale Florida

My order took over a eleven days to ship after my account was charged. When the order arrived 2 small parts were missing. I phoned the store to be hun up on twice before i could talk. Then told the two parts would be shipped out, but a 7 days later. When I ask to talk with management I am told by the nasty person on the phone "I am the F---ing owner" he then hangs up on me. When I call back to complain, I m told if I file a compalint, he will google me and bash me on the internet. That he has hired IT people that he pays just to do that. 

I wonder if he put some of the bashers in the shipping departnent, would he have accurate shipping? and or faster delivery? 

My Co closed five years ago, will be hard for him to bash me.
