Hart Housing Inc. Frontenac Modular Homes Verona,Ontario,Canada Ripped me off selling me a Modular home that is worthless Wakarusa Indiana

I bought a Modular home from Frontenac Homes in Verona Ontario,Canada that was built by Hart Housing Inc.In Wakarusa,Indiana last April 19th,2013 and I have had nothing but trouble with it.The furnace has broke 4 times and I had to pay the repairs and labour,The siding is on wrong,The carpets are not fit.They are suppose to be 10 years warranty on them.

I had to take the master bedroom carpet up as it was not fit to keep on the floor.I tried shapooing it but only made it worse.They never took the tape off the pipes in the roof which is suppose to be taken off.The side door was crooked and the wind and cold  just blew through it so I had to have that fixed.The wiring was done wrong under the floor and I had to hire an Electrician to fix it.It is just a mess and what I have been through with the dealer in Verona,Ontario has been a nighmare.

He has ruined my reputation with workers because of things he has said.When I ordered the house it was a price I thought was reasonable but by the time I finished paying for it before it arrived it cost me close to $200,000.I cannot get no help to get repairs done.I am a widow on a fixed income  and thought buying a modular home would be nice for me but it is the ruination of me both mentally and financally.

It is shoddy workmanship and I wanted the home taken back but  was refused.Noone should have to go through what I have gone through  just by buying a home.They make these homes  ith shoddy workmenship they knew the siding wasn't on right when they put it on but left it that way,the furnace was bad  from the beginning and to have it break 4 times and I had to pay to fix it was wrong.

The tape on the pipes are doing damage to my house and the siding looks terrible.I want a refund and they can take the house back.It is not a good company to buy Modular homes from I have heard  from a few people who bought them the same thing all they have is problems.The dealer here in Canada is fine till you start telling him compliants on the home then he spreads your name around as a bad person.

I am not the bad guy here I spend  money on something I thought was going to be nice and I'd hhave no trouble with and all I've had is problems.I can't afford to get the work done on the house and shouldn't have to as it's the company who made the home and the person who sold it to me.

Eveyone who has seen this house says the same thing.I was taken because I was a woman on her own and they didn't care once the money was in their hands.I think both the representive here in Canada in Verona and the company who made the house should be closed down if they can't make and sell a home without the problems that we who buy them have.
