Harvard Professional Group ripoff of $4400 by not fulfilling a signed contract Edison New Jersey

I signed a contract with James McMullen of Harvard Professional Group ($4400 up front) to find employment. I was told I would be "put on the fast track" and a job in the $60,000 range would be found. After receiving mailing lists to send my resume out to (I provided postage), nothing more was done to secure a position for me. No contacts were provided, no interviews were scheduled.
I eventually found employment on my own and have been working for the past two years. I was told Mr. McMullen is no longer with Harvard and recent attempts to contact Harvard have been unsuccessful.
