Volente beach, or schlitterbahn are a much better experience at all levels, if I had today to do over I would chose another option. Do not waste your money!!

First the check in process started with sorry our computer is broke please go into the other line. Then even though we stated we needed two tickets (we had bought a four pack at Costco) 6 drink passes and a locker the employee kept forgetting and we had to hand over our credit card 3 times. 

Then it gets worse we go get our locker key and go to the lockers and it doesn't work. We were with 7 other families all standing around the lockers with confused looks on our place. 30 minutes later we are told that because customers loose so many keys they didn't know what lockers our keys would open so we wouldn't be able to rent a locker. So we had to hike  out to the car all day when we needed another dose of sun screen ect. We were told it would be easy to get a refund......NOT!!! first they sent me to the locker area then to the purchase tent who then asked for the receipt that the locker guy took, so it was back to them then back to the main tent. It was a fiasco!! Finally I got my $10 but what I really wanted was a locker.

For the drink bands long lines for refills and they expect you to carry their theme cups around on rides all day? They cost $12 and the employee who gave us our cups neglected to give us our wrist bands so we had to go back with a receipt AGAIN and get what we should have in the first place. 

No showers, scary bathrooms, and the staff has no idea what is going on. One staff member told us there was no food for sale in the park so we went off site for lunch only to find out later there was limited food at one location inside the park later in the day. 

They need to much more upfront about what is online and what is still underconstruction and until they are they are ripping off those who see the website and expect the part to deliver what is advertised.
