What individuals at Fedex Freight and HBC benefited from all the money that was never paid to vendors ? Fedex has lost all honor and credibility by forming the unholy alliance with HBC. The alliance cheated hundreds of contractors out of millions. Yet the legal anf facilties managers atFedex still draw a paycheck and wear fresh comoany drool rags. Fedex turned the Garrison family creation (American Frrightways) into a bureacratIc obama like den of thieves.

They stated to me through two sources it was taken by td bank for a call on a loan. So how does a bank deserve my material and labor money I worked hourly for??! I was working strictly for fedex. I would suspect it's in the nice remodeled building they run thier successor company out off. I don't see how I'm owed for 51 jobs and my material money put out of pocket, my subcontractor money on some jobs, payroll, and personal hours, on top of them getting 20% of all that wasn't enough to stay afloat. Their business model they had operated that contract for years even as harrison brown inc (they coexisted before Harrison's dissolve) I would think 20% runs thier brainless successfully. This is a huge rip off.
