I ordered a projector for my tv on 8-19-15 from hd projector world and paid $299.00.
i have never recieved the merchandise. have called at least 50 times and was told all different answers.
they finally gave me a tracking number and after following it for 3 weeks it went to somewhere in texas, i live in mississippi.
i just called today 1-25-16 and was told they would be sending it out tomorrow. which is usually their response and i never get it.
i have lost so much business by not having the projector but i am sure if i ask for a refund i will never get it.
the number i am calling is 1-866-322-6382 and speak with james who says he is the owner. i have spoke with several others also. they all promise it will be sent out tomorrow.
i also have several e mails with responses from james.
the projector that was ordered was pro series 7 which they now tell me they are out of so they now say they will send the pro 16 series which is an upgrade at no extra cost.

just because he is closing is no excuse not to fill my order which he has been telling me it was sent since last august 2015. it was fully paid for last august. now does he think because he is going out of business he can just walk away from what he owes me.

i have sent them several messages in regard to the completion of my order and i have not heard from anyone since james told me on march 7 that the order was on its way and i have got nothing. i just called them left a message. this is getting ridiculous why dont they just do what was promised and be done with it!!!

got an email on 2-11-16 saying the order was shipped..got an email 2-24-16 saying they would re ship the rest of the order with a tracking number. still no tracking number and no order that they said was shipped 2-11-16. what is wrong with their shipping department or are they just lying to me.

it has been 7 business days from when i was promised the rest of my order that was paid for. no tracking number was sent to me and i have recieved no package with the rest of my order. ceiling hanger and extra bulb. without ceiling hanger i cannot use the projector. please check into why when i was told it was shipped and i have not received it. why no tracking number???

I WAS TOLD BY HP PROJECTOR WORLD ON 2-11-16 THAT THEY WERE SHIPPING THE REST OF MY ORDER. ASKED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM AND HAVE RECIEVED NO SHIPMENT.
i was told on 2-11-16 that hd projector world was shipping the rest of my order, ceiling mount and bulb. i asked for a tracking number and i have not recieved it from them and no package to this date 2-17-16. they do not respond to me unless i go thru you.

i did recieve the projector that was ordered but did not recieve the ceiling mount or the extra bulb. we tried to use a ceiling mount we had and it does not work with this projector. could you please check into this. after waiting 6 months for this i feel i should have everything that was promised. they also promised an extra 1 year warranty.
