projector world lied to me and sent me a no name projector, what the call is a upgrade canada?

 I ordered a projector on June 14th which  they charged my cc that same day, they said I would receive my order within 2 days, one week went by and I heard nothing so I called and left a msg. they did not return my phone call, so I made numberous calls untill finaly they picked up and put me on hold for another 5 min. or so.

They told me they needed to investigate my order and if I did not receive my order by July 3rd to call them and they will send me a new one fedex 2 day garentee, so I gave them untill July 8th. Again after many calls I finaly talked to someone who told me I would receive my order in 2 days, 4 days go by and heard nothing, so i called again, this time i was not nice, he said he would get back to me and send me a tracking number,

I never heard from him so I called him again and the I got a number, he never sent it out untill that time I told him I wanted to cancell my order he garenteed i would get it the next day, which I did but not the projector i ordered, no (free) ceiling mounts, bags or bulbs, not even directions. So I talked to the manager and he said he would mail it out right away or i could get a credit of $50.00 for the mount and bag,

I asked about the bulbs and told him it didn't even look like the same projector, he said it has no extra bulbs and it was a upgrated model, so I asked about the directions and he asked what the modle number was, their is no sticker nor any imprints on the projector i can't even tell you who the manafacture is. It looks like a knock off brand, I want to send it back and get my money back but I don't trust them, I am still waiting for my 50.00 dollar credit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE CO. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
