I like many others have been ripped off by this company ,and have been threatened with collection and negative credit report if I don't pay the magic number of $133.95.I ordered Acai Berry Breeze in Aug of 2009.The money for 14 day trail was taken out of my account,but no product delivered.I waited three weeks, then went online looking up item.On web md,I found people who ordered this online, and after canceling, kept getting charged,so I too( like they did) canceled my card.

Today is March 29,2010 and I received in mail a bill for $133.95,I called number was disconnected 4 times & 5th time talked with someone who said he could do nothing,order was shipped last August & my 30 days to cancel are up.

I'm trying to find Email address for company to let them know I intend to forward this to attorney general of NY to see if anything can be done.Everyone I hear from either canceled before 30 days and still is being charged or like myself never received anything,charged for shipping plus they want another $133.95
