FAILURE TO MAKE RESTITUTION:
Customer claimed having a business license and doing contruction work under Heath Kelley Construction for a local UAV Program. Equipment sold on first transaction to Heath Kelley a.k.a. Heath Kelley Constructon and payment rendered prior to posession. Second transaction was for twice the amount of prior on requested credit. Failure to make payment January 2011. Continual collection process followed with repeated notifications and certified mailed copies requesting payment.
February 2014 Judgement rendered Hood River Circuit Court Case#130392SC for $7331.00 to plantif. To date, still no payment by defendent (Heath Adrian Kelley/Heath Kelley Construction) whom judgement was passed.
