I hired Hector to install the grease interceptor in the restaurant as well as doing a TI architectural drawing. He was refered by my licensed contractor because of his expertise in commercial/restaurant. I paid him $4500 deposit (bid was $9000). He started working FAST for 2 weeks. After that, he disappeared. I tried to reach him by phone, email and text. He never replied. Right now, I am gathering other victims who were scammed by Hector Cobian.
