one day i saw a commercial from a company called hellototem. it said that if i send them my phone they would send me a check in as little as 2 days that never happened. i did the quote my phone was in mint condition i mail the phone to them on 6-11-2012 i went on my ouote list it finally said a check was mail to me on 7-18-2012 today is 8-7-2012 an i have not received anything yet i have called the phone number that they give which u get directed to a voice mail that one ever return your call tryed emails at least32 times no response please dont be fooled by these people  they will answer all your email questions before they receive your phone after that its over do not send them your phone because you will be like me with out a phone all together im a single parent cant afford a new phone now i dont have any
