My wife got a phone call from this company. They stated that our computer had a virus, and they could tell it was leaking information. They would fix it for her. She clicked a few icons as they instructed, and they then gained remote access to our PC. It seems they did organize the desktop. But I have no idea what else they have done. Copied all our photos? Stolen our identies? Banking infomration?
I have tried to call the phone number on their web site, but no answer, and no call back. The live chat link on their web site does not work. I believe this is a scam company. Other companies with simialer names seem to get people to pay for the service(s), but my wife says she did not give them any credit card information. So I assume they stole files from our PC.

Help us 247 is a company who is involve in a drive to stop identity theft and secure the customer computer against such attempt. The gentleman who has written a very nice story should write the complete story. First of all we need to find out if he is our client as we sent our client order confirmation email before the client makes payment. We understand the importance of the matter and we are paranoid about the client confidential details. We do not take the card details of the customer , we ask the customer to fill in their information which can be seen by customer only.We are sorry in case the gentleman has lost his photos or may be a victim of identity theft . We will recommend him to take our services in order to avoid such unpleasant incidence in future. Regards Helpus247
