i was promased .38 per mile i was paid at most .28 per mile. the home time i had to fill out in wrighting i did not get, the equipment was not servised for 3 mounths, i was brobe down at a delivery in there drive way for 2 days they did not put me in a hotel, i was left sitting in my truck the company i was at thretand to toe the truck before any thing was done.i was given a first warning and fired a week later, before that every thing was ok, i was whating for my truck in there shop after 3 mounths, all day no sleep when they finished i was expected to run over night with no sleep.the road was wet and wind moved me a lane i felt unsafe.

Your first pay check should have been your last, and believe me I know what it is like trying to feed your family and pay your bills while working for someone like this. You stay because you hope things are going to get better, but they never do. I keep saying that we are our own worst enemy. The next job you get keep a record of everything miles driven and things like that. Not that it will help, but you can try taking them to the labor board, after all they did cheat you out of money you where promised.
