Henry (Hank) Dean Promised beautiful rental an unfinished work in progress Beaver Dams, NY New York

We prepaid  Mr. Dean in full to reserve a week in July 2016 for a family vacation for 22 based on the description of the proprty on VRBO.  We decided while in the area to visit the location on February 3 and 4, 2016.  We were stunned to find a house that looked like it was being worked on but surrounded by nothing but rocks and rubble.  There were no tress, grass, no pool or waterfalls, nothing that was as described.  

We called Mr. Dean  on 2/4/16 and cancelled our reservation and requested our money back.  He said it would take about two weeks. Once home we sent him a letter confirming the cancellation and request for our money.  One week ago  (2/23)he called to say the money would be coming in a few days. Still nothing  I attempted to call him on the number listed  on Friday 2/26and the message was this person is not accepting calls at this time.

I read with interest that someone else has had a simiiar bad experience with this person.
