Mr. Asvadi's story is very similar to mine with mostly the same names. Heritage and York's response to him is their classic guilty response. Blame the victim. I personally caught Donald Kaplan in bald faced lies designed to get our money which he did. Its a confidence game he and his President plays. The rest of the folk like Sly and Shaunak Patel are just contract complicit players.
Notice the Heritage and York verbal treatment of Mr. Asvadi in their reply to an apparently honest accounting of damage he suffered. That's a confidence game they play. Please feel free to contact me with your problem. Their BBB claims are the best they got. Try talking to the BBB. You'll feel like you're talking to the person you're complaining about.
Glad to build momentum. Good people should not let this continue. (((redacted)))
