Hertz Car Rental deceptive, hidden fees, contract, agreement, manipulation Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I find it a deceptive business practice that the information allowing PlatePass to bill Hertz's customers the egregious "admin fees" that are discreetly amid the fine print toward the back of the Hertz rental agreement. Be advised, if renting a Hertz vehicle if you go though one toll plaza on the tollway, for the duration of your car rental you have agreed to be be billed $2.95 a day in "admin fees". For a $1.33 toll fee PlatePass sent me a bill for $16.08. They also sent the bill almost to months after the rental was returned thus allowing less time to pay the bill and increasing the possibility that PlatePass will collect late penalty fees.

 I'm sure Hertz is getting a cut and that is why PlatePass is not mentioned and not easily visible like maybe on the page of the rental agreement that the Hertz rep go through line by line with you, while cramming the unneeded insurance down your throat, and has you initial in 4 or 5 different places/sign. Hertz is surely a company that is out to milk their customers and does not appreciate them to allow them to be gouged by PlatePass. Hertz knows that when renting a  car, customers don't read the agreement line by line, that they trust the agreement is straightforward with no surprises and sign.
